Jobwell recruits for companies in Craiova and Timișoara. We started with the brand. Then we took on everything else.
Instead of four vendors — a design agency, a developer, an ads consultant and someone for PR — Jobwell works with a single team. The brand, the platform, the data and the communication were all designed by the same people, so every piece reinforces the others.
What we built
Brand
Logo, brand guidelines, stationery and office signage — an identity that looks as good on a job ad as it does on the front door.
Platform
A site built from scratch, not a template: content managed by the Jobwell team, automated emails, error monitoring and separate test and production environments. Then came the blog, the team page and co-branded landing pages with partners.
Data
Looker Studio reports and monthly reporting that shows which channels bring in candidates and clients — the basis for every budget decision.
Performance
LinkedIn job campaigns, with conversion tracking set up by us — so every application can be traced back to the ad that brought it in.
